<p><a href="http://www.amcservices.it/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/webwriting.jpg"><img class="wp-image-1334 alignright" style="float: right; margin: 0px 0px 10px 10px;" title="webwriting" src="http://www.amcservices.it/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/webwriting.jpg" alt="webwriting" width="336" height="210" /></a>L’utilizzo del web e di Internet è ormai predominante nell’acquisizione di informazioni: siti, blog, forum, profili social e così via sono parte integrante della nostra quotidianità a livello personale e professionale.<br />
È importante quindi che un’azienda tenga in considerazione tali ambienti e <strong>curi la comunicazione</strong> che attraverso essi viene effettuata; il <strong>web writing</strong> è una componente fondamentale di tale comunicazione, saper scrivere in modo efficace sul canale web, conoscendo e sfruttando le caratteristiche specifiche dei diversi ambienti diviene fondamentale per l’immagine che l’azienda presenta di se stessa.</p>
<p>L’obiettivo quindi che l’azienda avrà nel curare il web writing, sarà innanzitutto quello di attirare l’attenzione sui propri ambienti online e successivamente di mantenere tale attenzione <strong>fornendo informazioni rilevanti</strong> su di sé: infatti se il visitatore non trova le informazioni che gli occorrono o che sta cercando, si recherà altrove.<br />
Inoltre quando qualcuno visita il sito/blog/forum/profilo di un’azienda, potrebbe essere la prima volta che ne viene a conoscenza e quindi questa visita costituisce la prima impressione dell’azienda stessa: l’ideale sarebbe che non fosse l’ultima.</p>
<p>È indubbia l’importanza del design, di grafici e immagini per una comunicazione immediata, visiva e anche emotiva ed è anche usuale investirci perché siano di qualità; ciò però spesso non accade per quanto riguarda la scrittura dei contenuti; ma qual è la sua funzione? La scrittura aggiunge professionalità e credibilità e di conseguenza per un’azienda curare il web writing significa influire positivamente su tali elementi.<br />
Dare informazioni dell’attività all’esterno in maniera efficace e favorire lo scambio di tali informazioni, migliora notevolmente il livello di servizio nei confronti degli attuali e dei potenziali clienti e quindi l’immagine che l’attività dà di se. Un’attività che cura non solo il contenuto ma anche la modalità in cui esso viene espresso, avrà un vantaggio rispetto alle altre, poiché è importante ricordare che “ci sono milioni di pagine concorrenti alla portata di un solo clic”1 e quindi la competizione è altissima.<br />
Inoltre sul web tutto è più veloce e per questo motivo si possiede un periodo di tempo molto breve per catturare l’attenzione del lettore: ciò significa che possedere elementi di web writing aiuterà a gestire al meglio l’elemento di immediatezza oltre a rendere più gradevole la lettura e quindi fornire un’esperienza positiva al lettore.<br />
Infine non sono da trascurare elementi di SEO Search Engine Optimization, che permettono di essere trovati più facilmente sui motori di ricerca e in modo più rilevante rispetto alla propria attività.</p>

<div>Creare una strategia per la gestione dei social media all&#8217;interno di un&#8217;azienda già ben strutturata, con processi e piattaforme consolidate può risultare più complesso di quel che sembra. Troppo spesso gli aspetti marketing del social business sono sovradimensionati, ed è purtroppo comune ridurre una strategia social ad un mero lavoro di listening e reporting che non riesce a generare alcun tipo di beneficio tangibile per l&#8217;azienda, se non quello di accumulare dati non strutturati, quantitativi nelle mani dei direttori marketing.</div>

<div>L&#8217;impatto di una strategia social, può e deve essere &#8220;traumatico&#8221; per un azienda, deve cioè portare a riconsiderare tutti gli aspetti comunicativi interni, in quanto non e&#8217; possibile avere una comunicazione social verso l&#8217;esterno se la comunicazione interna è rigida e non social.&nbsp;</div>

Da una visione incentrata sul marketing come broadcaster si e&#8217; passati ad una visione in cui i clienti iniziano&nbsp;ad utilizzare questi canali in ottica di richiesta&nbsp;assistenza costringendo i dipartimenti marketing ad escalation verso le customer operations.&nbsp;</div>

<div>La sfida che viene dopo quella dei processi e&#8217; di integrare i dati del cliente social nei crm transazionali. Questo non e&#8217; semplice come potrebbe apparire ad una prima analisi superficiale&nbsp;ed e&#8217; strettamente legato al lavoro sui processi.&nbsp;</div>

<div>Il rischio e&#8217; focalizzarsi sulla tecnologia tralasciando il tema che con un ambiente così in rapida evoluzione come quello del contesto social&nbsp;costruire integrazioni troppo strette tra sistemi social e backend transazionali possa risultare addirittura dannoso ed economicamente controproducente.</div>
<div>Infatti mai come in questo periodo ci sono tool SCRM che sono in grado di supportare i più articolati processi di business, ma bisogna evitare di pensare ad uno di questi come la pietra filosofale del SCRM.&nbsp;</div>
